BOARD CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST

Dr. Rachel M. White, DO, FAAD, is a board certified dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic, medical and surgical dermatology. She completed her residency in urban South Florida, where she gained extensive experience treating a diverse patient population with various skin conditions utilizing advanced techniques. Her educational background includes a pre-medical focus at New York University, post-baccalaureate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, and a medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. White further honed her skills through an internship at Largo Medical Center and a prestigious dermatology residency at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus.

Dr. White is a Bucks County native and is honored to own a practice and serve the community she grew up in. She resides with her husband, two children and two fur babies in Doylestown, PA. Fun fact - her favorite band is Led Zeppelin!

Rachael has been a certified physician assistant since 2011. She received her bachelor's degree from The George Washington University, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. She brings with her a specialized skill set from her previous experience working in plastic surgery.  Rachael grew up in Cooperstown, New York until the age of nine when her family relocated to South Jersey near the shore. She was eventually drawn to the beautiful landscape of Bucks County where she now resides with her husband and daughter. Fun fact: Rachael was in the movie A League of Their Own!

Rachael believes perpetual learning is of utmost importance in medicine and enjoys attending conferences and participating in professional forums. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistants. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, live music, and traveling with her husband.

BOARD CERTIFIED MOHS SURGEON AND DERMATOLOGIST

Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Hoegler received his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha Honors. Dr. Hoegler completed an internal medicine internship at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey, and a dermatology residency at the University of Maryland, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. After residency, Dr. Hoegler completed fellowship training in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatology Oncology (Mohs Surgery) at the University of Florida. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Dr. Hoegler practices surgical dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, and exploring PA.

LICENSED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Charlot Byck ia a Medical Esthetician with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from Wilkes University with a degree in psychology and moved to Philadelphia to work as a pharmaceutical rep, then became a stay at home Mom for a time. Charlot eventually reentered workforce after getting an esthetic license and worked in the Philadelphia area for plastic surgeons and dermatologists.

Charlot has her master certification in chemical peels, laser treatments and other modalities. Continuing education is incredibly important to her. Her goal is to be at the forefront of the most advanced protocols, treatments and products for our patients. She loves creating customized treatment plans with this knowledge. 

In her free time, Charlot loves watching movies and tv shows.

LICENSED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Anne Marie Wagner graduated from The Anne Weeks International Beauty Therapy school in Dublin, Ireland. After completing her training, she moved to London where she worked in the skincare clinic at the renowned Harrods. Soon after, Anne Marie relocated to New York City and dove into the medical side of the aesthetics industry working with highly esteemed plastic surgeons and dermatologists. She joined the RW Dermatology team in 2020, specializing in corrective laser treatments, microneedling, chemicals peels, and medical grade skincare products. Anne Marie believes in the importance of continuing education so that she can optimize patient results. 

Anne Marie enjoys travelling, and spending time with her family and friends, and English Lab named Barkley.  Anne Marie is a true believer in the saying, 'If you love what you do, you won’t work a day in your life!!'
